News of Funke Akindele and JJC’s child is currently raving the Nigerian social media space.
Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele Bello and her musician hubby Rasheed Bello aka JJCSkillz finally welcome their first child together since their marriage in 2016.
The multi-talented actress revealed this via her Insta-story. She wrote, Thank you Lord, ‘oluwa e tobi (God is great)’. In another post, she wrote, ‘mo je oruko titun (I have been given a new name). Her post has left her fans and followers thanking God on her behalf even as they storm their social media pages to share the good news.
While JJC has children from his previous relationships, this is Funke’s first child since their marriage.
LAGOS PASTOR’S PROPHECY
This is coming years after Lagos-based pastor, Olagorioye Faleyimu, said that Funke Akindele may not have children of her own and might end up with another broken home. However in response to the prophecy, Funke’s husband, JJC Skillz, reaffirmed his love and commitment to his sweetheart of the Jenifa’s Diary fame, saying she gave him a new life.
WHAT SPARKED THEIR MARRIAGE
JJC once revealed that it was one of his daughters who convinced him to marry Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele against rumours that the mariage was to help him revive his dwindling music career.
Funke Akindele and JJc have been happily married for three years now.
