Lagos Police Deactivate Explosive Device In Ikeja Area

The Lagos State Police Command’s anti-bomb squad has successfully deactivated an improvised explosive device (IED) in the Ikeja area on Wednesday.

According to the State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, the device was discovered wrapped in a bag by the roadside after being dropped from an unregistered vehicle along Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way.

The police were quick to respond and foil the device, preventing any potential harm to people and property in the area.
