Air Peace Unveils New Boarding System for Enhanced Travel Experience
In a bid to elevate the travel experience for its passengers, Air Peace has announced a new boarding protocol that prioritizes military personnel, passengers requiring assistance, and business-class travelers. This initiative was confirmed by Dr. Allen Onyema, Chairman and CEO of Air Peace, through a statement by Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, the airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, on Tuesday.
The updated boarding system emphasizes a structured approach in which military personnel will board first, followed by passengers needing wheelchairs or special assistance, and finally, business-class travelers. Onyema expressed that this move underscores Air Peace’s dedication to enhancing service quality through a focus on care, respect, professionalism, and efficiency.
Recognizing the significance of time and comfort for all passengers, Onyema stated, “This new boarding policy is designed to minimize congestion, promote orderliness, and offer our customers a more seamless beginning to their journeys.”
The airline’s revised boarding procedure aligns with its commitment to customer-centric service and inclusivity. By prioritizing military personnel and individuals with mobility needs, Air Peace aims to honor service and ensure accessibility for all travelers. Furthermore, business-class passengers will enjoy expedited boarding, in line with the premium experience that is expected.
“This initiative is part of our larger strategy to cultivate an improved service culture,” Onyema added. He reiterated Air Peace’s ongoing commitment to maintaining excellence throughout the entire travel journey, from check-in to the moment passengers arrive at their destinations.
