When young Kingsley Kosisochukwu Joseph graced the red carpet of the Aba Fashion Week show on December 6, 2023 and dazzled spectators with his unique runway steps, little did he know that he had just kickstarting his journey into fame and fortune.
On December 6, 2023, a random young boy, Kingsley Kosisochukwu Joseph found his way to the runway of the Aba Fashion Festival in Abia State, South eastern Nigeria. He wore a red second hand Adidas T-shirt , a pair of blue jeans and a pair of different coloured slippers during his strut across the runway at Brass Junction, Aba-Owerri Road, in Aba, Abia State, the venue of the event.
His moves on the red carpet dazzled spectators and were caught on cameras. As he exuded confidence during his two-minute dash, nature had a plan in stock for him. He was about to witness a life of fortune but not in a familiar pattern.
His pictures on the red carpet were posted on the internet and went viral. They would soon be noticed by many online users, amongst whom was a billionaire businessman and owner of Ceecon Oil and Gas, Dr. Chima Anyaso.
Anyaso immediately asked his aides to look for the boy. He was found and through Anyaso, young Kingsley Joseph was alleged to have been made an ambassador to the international brand, Adidas.
Kingsley Joseph Earns Sudden Fame on the Streets
Joseph’s fame is on the rise as he is now shown love on the streets of Nigeria by his new fanbase. He was recently greeted by a group of fan at an event when Francis Lawrence, one of the organizers of the Fashion Week took him shopping.
Mr. Ifeanyi Lawrence posted with the picture above on his Facebook account thus:
“We just stepped out for shopping, the Loyamilk staffs on promo saw him and recognized him … Flocked around asking for a pix and gifted him with their T-Shirt .
They encourage and admonished him to be of good conduct and pray for more Grace upon him. (sic)”
Adidas Ambassador Deal
Pictures shared online show that Kingsley Joseph was made an official ambassador of Adidas. One of the pictures has Joseph signing a document supervised by Dr. Anyaso in what seemed like a deal.
The photo below was also shared showing Joseph posing at the Adidas building in Lagos, signaling the alleged deal with Adidas.
Despite the viral claims on the social media of Joseph’s deal with Adidas, REPORT AFRIQUE was yet to verify such claims as a mail sent to Adidas by our correspondent was yet to be responded to as at the time of this report.
Education Fund Contribution for Joseph’s Education
A a group of friends known as Umu-Aba Connect Association said they are committed to investing their resources in ensuring that the Kingsley Joseph got educated.
Speaking with ABN TV, the President of the association and Founder Ofuji Movement, Dr. Chima Anyaso said, “He was not part of the show, he was probably just watching, like in those days when we used to gather to watch those herbal dealers display.
