Musa reassured Nigerians that Lagbaja’s passing would serve as a catalyst for the armed forces to intensify their efforts against the nation’s adversaries.

During his address, Musa expressed heartfelt condolences, acknowledging the profound loss felt by Lagbaja’s family and colleagues. “We recognize that your loss is immeasurable, but let it bring you comfort to know he lived purposefully and left behind a legacy that will endure,” he stated. He urged his fellow officers and personnel to take this moment as an opportunity to reaffirm their commitment to the principles championed by General Lagbaja.
