There are about 27 countries that are visa-free countries for Nigerian passport holders. However, most of them are African countries. Only a few are countries outside the shores of Africa.
Here are a list of international countries outside Africa that Nigerians can travel to and get passports on arrival.
Cook Islands
The Cook Islands is a nation in the South Pacific, situated in the Oceania region and with political links to New Zealand with Avarua as its capital.
It has 15 islands scattered over a vast area. The largest island, Rarotonga, is home to rugged mountains and Avarua, the national capital. To the north, Aitutaki Island has a vast lagoon encircled by coral reefs and small, sandy islets. The country is renowned for its many snorkeling and scuba-diving sites.
The country’s official currency ar New Zealand Dollar, Cook Islands dollar and they speak Rarotongan, Māori, English, Pukapukan languages.
Nigerians can travel to Cook Islands and receive visas on arrival. It does not require you to apply for a visa before visiting.

Kiribati
Kiribati (pronounced Kiribas) is an independent republic within the Commonwealth of Nations, located in the central Pacific Ocean, about 4,000 km (about 2,500 mi) southwest of Hawaii.
It is part of the division of the Pacific islands that is known as Micronesia. Kiribati consists of 33 coral islands divided among three island groups: the Gilbert Islands, the Phoenix Islands, and the Line Islands.
Nigerians are at liberty to travel to Kiribati and enjoy a visa-free reception on arrival. It does not require you to apply for a visa before visiting.
Kiribati is 12 hours ahead of GMT – 2 hours ahead of Tokyo and 22 hours ahead of Honolulu, on the other side of the international dateline.

Micronesia
The Federated States of Micronesia is a country spread across the western Pacific Ocean comprising more than 600 islands.
Micronesia is made up of 4 island states: Pohnpei, Kosrae, Chuuk and Yap. The country is known for palm-shaded beaches, wreck-filled dives and ancient ruins, including Nan Madol, sunken basalt temples and burial vaults that extend out of a lagoon on Pohnpei.
Micronesia accepts Nigerian visitors without visas.
