A massive fire has broken out at the Dangote Refinery in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State, causing significant damage to a section of the multi-billion dollar facility.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire started after a heavy explosion was heard in the affected section of the refinery on Wednesday.
As of this report, officials of the Dangote Refinery have not issued an official statement on the incident.
