Missing Girls Case: Fund Raising for Activist Harrison Gwamnishu Clocks £961 in 24hrs

A Nigerian activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, has raised the sum of £961 to support his humanitarian works, which includes social activism in areas of crimes, 24hrs after posting a Gofundme link on his social media accounts.

The activist, whose latest adventure was bringing the case of two missing girls in Aba, Nigeria to limelight, posted a Gofundme link on his social media pages yesterday, requesting for support from the public to further his activities.

Two girls, Celine Ndudim and Afiba Tandoh went missing after visiting a man, Andrew Amechi (now late) for a weekend sleepover in Aba, Nigeria. The girls had gone missing for almost a month, since April, until Gwamnishu took up the case, bringing it to the knowledge of the public and forcing the authorities to act on it.

The suspect, Andrew Amechi was later arrested by the authorities in connection with the missing girls but was tragically killed trying to escape while being transferred to Nigeria’s capital city of Abuja.
