NNPC Ltd. categorically stated that the allegations of offering employment slots for sale are baseless and are tactics employed by fraudsters aiming to exploit unsuspecting individuals.

Abuja — The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd (NNPC Ltd.) has refuted claims circulating about the sale of employment slots within the company.

In a statement issued by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, the company urged the public, particularly jobseekers, to disregard these rumors.

NNPC Ltd. categorically stated that the allegations of offering employment slots for sale are baseless and are tactics employed by fraudsters aiming to exploit unsuspecting individuals.

The company emphasized its commitment to maintaining a transparent and fair recruitment process, stressing that it does not engage in the sale of employment positions or any form of inducement.

Soneye further warned that anyone who pays money in exchange for a job at the corporation is doing so at their own risk, as the company is not involved in such activities.
