Abuja, Nigeria – Former Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare, has been appointed as Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Public Communication and Orientation.
This move follows the resignation of Ajuri Ngelale, who stepped down as Presidential Spokesman in September under contentious circumstances.
Additionally, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, the widow of the late Biafran leader, Sir Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, has been appointed as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. Ojukwu’s inclusion signals a strategic move in Tinubu’s administration, given her diplomatic background and political influence.
Meanwhile, Jumoke Oduwole, who previously served as the Executive Secretary of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council, has been named the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment.
More details are expected to follow as the new appointments take effect.
