Lagos, Nigeria – In a somber announcement, the Lagos State Head of Service confirmed the passing of Mr. Abdulrahman Lekki, who served as the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Scholarship Board. His death occurred in the early hours of October 30, 2024, following a brief illness.
