Nigerian online critic Vincent Martins Otse, better known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has stirred social media with footage showing Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh clashing with a car dealer in Abuja.
The video, posted on VDM’s Instagram, captures Tonto Dikeh causing a commotion in the dealer’s office. According to VDM, the incident stemmed from an unpaid balance of N2 million for a car she purchased nearly a year ago.
VDM detailed that Tonto initially sought a Mikano car for N90 million but opted to buy it through the dealer for N86 million, paying N30 million upfront. After a seven-month gap, she made another payment of N20 million, leaving a balance of N36 million. Payments gradually reduced this debt to N2 million.
Tensions escalated when Tonto requested the car to be serviced, and the dealer, while agreeing, reminded her to settle the remaining balance. This led to Tonto allegedly storming the office, smashing various items, and getting into a physical altercation with the dealer.
