Ace actor and comedian, John Okafor also known as Mr. Ibu has returned home after months in hospital.
News of Mr. Ibu’s return after being discharged from hospital was shared by his colleague, actor Ken Erics in a video that has now gone viral online.
In his caption of the video which was posted on his social media handles, Ken Erics mentioned that the purpose of the video was to bring joy to the actor’s fans and admirers who have since been longing for an update on his health status.
Mr. Ibu had one of his legs amputated in late 2023 after he was diagnosed of blood clotting and other related diseases. News of his ill-health made the waves in Nigeria leading to a fund raising by the public.
Issues relating to mismanagement of the raised funds by some members of his family caused a feud between Ibu’s wife, Stella Maris and his adopted daughter, Jasmine Okafor.
