How I got Bobrisky’s phone Call recording – VeryDarkMan
Controversial Influencer, VeryDarkMan, Reveals Source of Bobrisky’s Phone Recording

In a dramatic turn of events, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, a controversial social media influencer, has shed light on how he obtained a sensitive phone recording of Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, a cross-dresser. During a hearing by the House of Representatives Joint Committee on Financial Crimes and Reformatory Institutions on Monday, VeryDarkMan revealed that he received the recording from someone who claimed Bobrisky owed them money.

The influencer initially refused to address the committee, citing his lawyer’s absence, but lawmakers pressed him to make a statement. After some resistance, VeryDarkMan agreed to address the committee, submitting part of the recording as evidence. He claimed that the authenticity of the audio was confirmed by his source, who was allegedly owed money by Bobrisky.

The recording in question features Bobrisky allegedly claiming to have bribed Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials with N15 million to drop money laundering charges against him. In the audio, Bobrisky also claims that his “godfather” and the Controller-General of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Haliru Nababa, ensured that he served his six-month sentence in a private apartment instead of prison.

The EFCC has launched an investigation into the matter, while Bobrisky has denied the allegations, stating that he served his sentence and describing the recording as fake. The controversy has sparked a motion in the House of Representatives to probe the bribery allegations against the EFCC and the Nigerian Correctional Service.

The joint committee has summoned Bobrisky, VeryDarkMan, Olukoyode, and Nababa to appear before it with all relevant officers involved in the allegations. The hearing has raised questions about the credibility of the recording and the motivations behind its release.
