UEFA Announces Host Venues for Nations League Finals as Italy and Germany Clash in Quarter-Finals
In an announcement made on Monday, UEFA confirmed that the winner of the Nations League quarter-final match between Italy and Germany will have the honor of hosting the tournament’s semi-finals and final, which are set to take place from June 4-8.
Should Italy triumph in their two-legged quarter-final, the matches will be held at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, home of Juventus, and the nearby Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino will serve as the venue for the third-place play-off. Conversely, if Germany advances, the semi-finals and final will unfold at the stadiums in Munich and Stuttgart.
The quarter-final stage kicks off with the first leg taking place in Milan on March 20, followed by the return leg in Dortmund on March 23. Alongside the Italy-Germany clash, other notable quarter-finals include France facing Croatia, European champions Spain going up against the Netherlands, and Portugal competing against Denmark.
Additionally, UEFA has revealed that the upcoming UEFA Super Cup will be hosted in Udine, Italy, on August 13 of next year.
