Hundreds of persons are feared dead after an explosion that engulfed an oil bunkering site at Abezi community in Ohaji/Egbema area of Imo state on Friday night.
The explosion which reportedly occurred at the late hours of Friday, Aril 22, 2022, burnt almost a hector span of land in the forest.
Videos of the event have flooded the social media space. In one of the videos, many burnt bodies can be seen on the floor while a span of the fire on the bushes can also be seen.
The identities of the victims are yet to be verified.
