Abuja, Nigeria – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of seven new Executive Directors for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
The appointments were disclosed on Friday through a statement released by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
The newly appointed directors are:
- Ayo Adewuyi — Reappointed as the Executive Director, News.
- Bar. Ibrahim Aliyu — Executive Director, Special Duties. He is a legal practitioner with years of experience.
- Malam Muhammed Fatuhu Mustapha — Executive Director, Administration and Training.
- Mrs Apinke Effiong — Executive Director, Finance. Effiong is an expert in financial marketing with a background in treasury management, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Mrs Tari Taylaur — Executive Director, Programmes. She is an audio/visual creator, producer, and showrunner.
- Mr Sadique Musa Omeiza — Executive Director, Engineering.
- Mrs Oluwakemi Fashina — Executive Director, Marketing. Fashina is an integrated marketing communications professional and a chartered marketer.
