In a recent reception held at Ikem ward 1 in Isi-Uzo local government area of Enugu state, former Gubernatorial Aspirant of the Labour Party, LP, Dr. Davison Nnamani, officially rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC) and pledged support for President Bola Tinubu’s leadership.

Nnamani expressed confidence in Tinubu’s ability to tackle Nigeria’s array of challenges, including insecurity and economic issues. He highlighted the influx of grassroots politicians and statesmen into the APC in Enugu state, signaling a potential shift in political dynamics.

During the reception, Nnamani emphasized the need for concerted efforts to support Tinubu’s vision for a progressive Nigeria. He underscored the importance of local government autonomy in driving development at the grassroots level, applauding Tinubu’s initiative in presenting a bill to the National Assembly on the matter.

The event was attended by key APC figures, including the APC Ikem ward 1 chairman, Mr. Chinedu Obule, and the Isi-Uzo local government party chairman, Hon. Paul Olinya. Former Enugu East Senatorial candidate of the APC, Chief Tony Mbah, was also present, along with numerous other party members.
