Two girls, Celine Ndudim and Afiba Tandoh went missing after visiting a man, Andrew Amechi (now late) for a weekend sleepover in Aba, Nigeria. The girls had gone missing for almost a month, since April, until Gwamnishu took up the case, bringing it to the knowledge of the public and forcing the authorities to act on it.
The suspect, Andrew Amechi was later arrested by the authorities in connection with the missing girls but was tragically killed trying to escape while being transferred to Nigeria’s capital city of Abuja.
