Port Harcourt, Nigeria — Gunmen suspected to be pirates have reportedly kidnapped 10 passengers along the Bonny waterways in Rivers State.
The attack occurred around 10 a.m. as the boat was traveling from Bonny Island to Port Harcourt.

Pepple disclosed that the matter had been reported to the police and urged the government and security agencies to enhance security measures along the waterways to prevent further attacks.
