Anthony Joshua and dubois sell out wembley stadium Ahead of their world title fight

Anthony Joshua VS Daniel Dubois: Wembley Stadium Sold Out
Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois have officially sold out Wembley Stadium for their highly anticipated IBF heavyweight world title fight on September 21.

Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, announced that all general admission tickets for the event, which will also feature a stacked undercard and a performance by Liam Gallagher, have been sold.

While general admission is fully booked, a limited number of platinum and hospitality tickets are still available for purchase.

Joshua is no stranger to the Wembley stage, having fought there during his historic victories over Wladimir Klitschko and Alexander Povetkin. However, this will mark the first time he returns to Wembley as a world title challenger. Dubois, who previously held the IBF Interim title, was promoted to full champion status following Oleksandr Usyk’s decision to vacate the belt.

For Dubois, the bout represents a significant opportunity to secure a major world title, with Joshua standing as one of the biggest names in British sports. Dubois expressed his determination, stating, “My aim is to be the best, to fight the best, and to beat the best. AJ who bagged $20 million in his last fight has been at the top for a long time, and everyone knows it. On fight night, my mission is to dethrone him and take the crown.”

Joshua, meanwhile, is focused on his preparation, saying, “I’m not naive; I understand the game. We’re all in the wild, a pack of lions and hunters. Dubois has been on my radar for a while. My goal now is to get through a successful training camp and deliver a strong performance on the night.”

The fight promises to be a thrilling showdown between two of the sport’s top heavyweights, with both fighters eager to make their mark on boxing history.
