Senator Bukola Saraki, the former governor of Kwara State, has awarded 80 scholarships to deserving individuals through his ABS Foundation, which he established mainly for philanthropy.

The former Senate President is known for his commitment to supporting Nigerians through his foundation, particularly since leaving office as both a former governor and Senate President.
Bukola Saraki recently announced the details of the scholarship award through his official X microblog account, thanking the screening committee for their transparency in selecting the most deserving students.
In a statement, Saraki said, “Education has always been the cornerstone of progress for me. This belief has fueled my commitment to educational initiatives, both during my time in government and now as a private citizen.”
He met with the Screening Committee for the @ABSFoundationng Scholarship Programme at Muhammad Kamaldeen University, where they reviewed the committee’s report and approved the disbursement of scholarships to 80 students who had completed the application process.
He further commended the committee for their dedication to transparency and encouraged all eligible students to visit bit.ly/48Y2vt6 to apply for one of the remaining 20 scholarship slots.
