Hunger Protest: Youths Defy Govt Threats, Join Protest in Port Harcourt (PHOTOS)

Port Harcourt was in a state of upheaval this morning as residents of the city embarked on a hunger protest against the federal government of Nigeria.

The protesters, undeterred by threats from security operatives, were seen in a video cited by REPORT AFRIQUE, chanting “Tinubu Dey Your Dey!”

Nnamdi Amagwula, one of the protesters, told REPORT AFRIQUE that “the Nigerian government has failed its citizens,” adding that the people have decided to initiate the change they desire by marching through the streets of Port Harcourt.

Another protester, identified as Johnbosco, asserted that President Tinubu has failed the people of Nigeria.
