Two New labs activated for COVID-19 testing in Nigeria Nigeria records 51 new cases coronavirus in one day

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced that two new labs have been activated for coronavirus testing in the country.

The NCDC made this known Wednesday via its official Twitter handle.

The two Labs are the DNA Lab, a private sector lab in Kaduna state and another at the University Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri. This brings the number of COVID-19 testing labs in Nigeria to 13.

The NCDC also stated that they were working to activate another two labs. One in Port Harcourt and another in Sokoto.
