Abuja, Nigeria – The National Judicial Council (NJC) has announced the suspension of Justice G. C. Aguma of the High Court of Rivers State and Justice A. O. Nwabunike of the Anambra State High Court.
The decision was made as part of disciplinary measures against the judges.
According to the NJC, both judges have been suspended from performing judicial duties for one year without pay. Additionally, they have been placed on a watch list for two years following the suspension period.
