Plans to solidify the partnership include the drafting of a Concept Note and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a business relationship with the state. The ambitious project is anticipated to be funded through the China Exim Bank, marking a significant step towards improving transportation infrastructure and driving economic growth in Niger State.
