In alignment with President Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope’ Agenda, First Rotech Group of Companies Ltd announces plans for the flag off ceremony of the Abuja Airport Garden City.

This venture aims to accommodate over 3,000 residents and businesses, offering a new dimension to housing and tourism sectors.

A real estate firm, First Rotech Group of Companies Ltd, has unveiled plans for the development of the multi-billion Naira Abuja Airport Garden City. Chairman High Chief Austin Oguejiofor disclosed that President Bola Tinubu is set to perform the groundbreaking ceremony at the site located along the Airport Road in Abuja.

The Abuja Airport Garden City, spanning 250 hectares of land between the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and the Abuja Railway Station, is poised to address accommodation challenges while fostering economic growth.

Highlighting the partnership’s significance, Oguejiofor emphasized the project’s alignment with Tinubu’s administration vision, which prioritizes people-oriented policies and economic transformation.

The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, has also endorsed the project for its potential to enhance the business environment in the FCT.

In collaboration with Dubai-based GTX Construction Ltd and T-one Technology Limited, First Rotech Group assures investors of quality construction and digital integration for efficient management.

Managing Director, Mrs. Chika Oguejiofor, highlighted the project’s inclusive nature, catering to various segments of society. Investors can anticipate attractive benefits such as discounts and flexible location choices.

Regarding security, Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG Adebowale Williams, assured investors of safety measures, emphasizing the conducive environment for business development in Abuja.

The ceremony, expected to be attended by key dignitaries including President Tinubu and Minister Nyesom Wike, marks a significant step towards realizing the Abuja Airport Garden City’s potential as a hub for residential and commercial activities.
