A young and popular photographer, Michael Nwagugbo aka Wildshot has died in a car accident around the Rumuola axis of Port Harcourt while in a haste to rescue his mother from an area where an irate cult group was shooting sporadically eye witnesses confirm.
Late Nwagugbo, who was also the CEO of WildShot Studios, was said to be driving very fast in his Lexus SUV towards the Rumuola junction to rescue his mother when he was involved in an accident that claimed his life.
A cult group which was to be burying one of its members in the area allegedly started shooting sporadically causing chaos and panic. This was when Nwagugbo set in to rescue his mom who lived in the area before he was involved in the accident along Wimpey road.
A close friend of the deceased who pleaded anonymity spoke with REPORT AFRIQUE on how he was rushed to a poorly equipped hospital which could not save him before being taken to Save A Life Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
